What types of grants are available?
We offer two types of grants:
- Seed Grants (up to $25,000 in STRK) support early-stage teams with an MVP or proof of concept.
- Growth Grants (up to $1M in STRK) are for mature projects with live, reliable products and demonstrated traction.
How do I know which grant to apply for?
If your project is in its early stages — pre-launch with an MVP or PoC — you should apply for a Seed Grant. If your product is already live, production-grade, and gaining users, a Growth Grant is the right path. Check the specific eligibility guidelines on each program page.
What kinds of projects are eligible?
We accept projects from all industries. As long as you're building on Starknet and meet the criteria of the respective program, you're welcome to apply. Refer to our Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for inspiration and direction.
What’s the application and review process like?
Both Seed and Growth Grants require you to complete a form with project details. Applications are reviewed in rounds on a rolling basis.
- Seed Grants: Typically reviewed within a month.
- Growth Grants: Undergo a more rigorous evaluation by an internal committee, including assessment of metrics and interviews.
All applications are confidential and reviewed by the Starknet Foundation and StarkWare.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes. If you're reapplying, be sure to highlight how your project has evolved since your last submission and why further funding is justified.
Is KYC/KYB required?
Yes. KYC/KYB is legally required for both programs. Projects unwilling to complete the process will not be eligible for funding.
