From November 6th to 10th, Starknet Foundation’s Hacker House was packed with developers pushing boundaries and building some seriously impressive projects. Teams worked to bring new ideas to life on Starknet with coding, collaboration, and creativity. From fresh takes on DeFi to creative gaming ideas, these winning projects showcase the massive potential coursing through the Starknet ecosystem.
Starknet Foundation created the Hacker House series to accelerate development on Starknet by showcasing top projects from global events. In Bangkok, talented teams competed for glory, where they not only challenged themselves to enhance their projects but also built lasting relationships with fellow developers. Hacker Houses offers a platform for participants to build social capital and test their visions in a real-world setting.
Without further ado, here are the teams that stood out at Hacker House.
A51 Finance
The A51 Finance team enhanced the liquidity provisioning experience by providing fine-grained control over liquidity in the hands of active liquidity providers, allowing them to dictate asset and risk management actions. Additionally, they offer automation features to enhance the AMM and LP experience, streamlining processes and empowering providers to optimize their strategies.
Chipipay
A utility payments infrastructure with crypto, Chipipay offers accessible financial solutions for Mexico’s population of 52 million unbanked individuals. At the Bangkok Hacker House, the team integrated Chipipay and Cartridge Controller, leveraging the latter’s seamless layer onboarding with self-custodial embedded crypto wallets.
Zero-savvy(VIMz-STARK)
An academically-rooted developer team is experimenting with practical zero-knowledge proofs for media provenance on Starknet. Zero-savvy introduced a framework that verifies the authenticity of high-resolution images without disclosing original files or intermediate edits, making it particularly suited for privacy-focused marketplaces.
