We are excited to announce that Starknet will be heading to ETHDenver, where the ecosystem will be participating in both BUIDL Week (February 23–26, 2025) and the Main Event (February 27–March 2, 2025). The exact dates of the Starknet Hacker House will be announced in the new year.
As part of our ETHDenver presence, Starknet Foundation is organizing a Denver Hacker House, designed to empower and support builders, developers, and founders who are well into their journey of creating projects with real-world use cases on Starknet. Hacker House applications are now open.
Whether you’ve been part of Basecamp, Buildcamp, Hackathons, or previous Hacker Houses, we encourage you to take the next big leap in your product development journey at Starknet’s ETHDenver Hacker House!
What can projects look forward to at Starknet’s Denver Hacker House?
The ETHDenver Hacker House will focus on the kickstarting stage of your product development journey. To that end, the Hacker House won’t be an ideal space for web3 beginners or idea-stage projects. It’s designed for builders intent on pushing their projects toward MVP or mainnet, who require mentorship, resources, and community support to get there.
Expect to level up your product development journey at Starknet’s ETHDenver Hacker House with:
- Kickstart support — Supercharge your startup, project, or product, taking it from MVP to Mainnet.
- Potential for further support — Teams will have the opportunity to apply for Seed Grants from Starknet Foundation.
- Mentorship — One-on-one mentorship from seasoned Starknet leaders.
- Resources & Guidance — Tailored workshops and guidance to refine your product.
- Networking Opportunities — Connect with fellow builders, Starknet ecosystem leaders, and potential collaborators.
Who should apply?
We’re targeting early-stage projects, MVPs, and other promising teams who are ready to take their projects to the next level on Starknet. Teams must include at least one Cairo developer (backend/frontend) to ensure they can successfully develop their project, and a non-technical hacker.
Ideal candidates include:
- Teams preparing to launch their MVP or nearing Mainnet deployment.
- Teams with a product in development and eager to refine it for real users.
- Teams with a strong, promising idea.
- Seed Grantees — Teams that have already received initial funding and are working toward mainnet.
- Near-Seed Candidates — Teams on the verge of receiving grants and needing mentorship to finalize their MVPs.
- Alumni of Starknet Programs — Graduates of Basecamp, Buildcamp, or previous Hacker Houses (Bangalore, Devcon/Bangkok) who are working to develop their products.
- Hackathon Participants — Builders who excelled in recent events like the Winter Hackathon, 42 School Hackathon, or ETH India and are looking to further develop their projects into an MVP or bring them to Mainnet.
In short, we want serious, capable builders ready to move from proof-of-concept to a fully functional product.
